When you complete a contact form, your entered data is automatically saved in our database and your request is sent by email to our team. We use the Caldera Forms plugin and it is also connected to Google Analytics.
Orders, if our e-commerce tool is activated
If our website has deployed an e-commerce option, please note that we store all delivery, billing and order details. However, we do not store your credit card numbers. The payment step is secure and outsourced via a payment service provider.
For your information, our e-commerce system may have to keep your personal data for the following periods:
Retention of inactive accounts: 2 years
Retention of pending orders: 2 years
Retention of failed orders: 2 years
Retention of canceled orders: 2 years
Retention of completed orders: 5 years, in the case of downloadable products, you are required to store them in a secure place before automatic deletion.
All comments on the site (blog, page, products) have been disabled. We therefore do not collect any data on this subject.
